Promesa Perfume by Myrurgia Barcelona - Spain, founded in 1916. Vintage new sealed. Very rare to find. 80° Net contents 1 5/8 Fl Ozs (48 ml). Made in Spain.
It is a floral fougere fragrance for women. Gorgeous flacon with beautiful label with the lady in black. The perfume is mesmerizing very elegant floral.
Top notes: bergamot and lavender
Middle notes: fern, Riviera jasmine, Bulgarian rose and lily of the valley
Base notes: oakmoss, Mysore sandalwood, ambergris, Indian musk, cedar
Measurements: 8,5cm height and 7,5cm width.

The Catalan firm of Myrurgia was founded by the Monegal family in 1916. Promesa (Promise) was launched in 1917, making it one of the earliest Myrurgia fragrances. This was a year when much of Europe was at war, and the Bolsheviks were beginning to consolidate their power in Russia. In Spain, Myrurgia was at the beginning of its rise to power, a rise that would make it, for a while, Spain's greatest fragrance manufacturer.
