Please take care of the items while they are in your possession. Save the original boxes and packaging for refund. All our espadrilles are manufactured by hand in high quality leathers, cotton or linen, being usual to find small differences in the tone and texture of the materials. Something that we do not consider a defect, but an added value and distinction in its finish.
For exchange or refund, shipping charges will not be reimbursed and the expenses of return will be at your expense, unless the return is due to a defect. If the parcel is returned by Postal Services because it cannot be delivered, shipping costs will be at your expense.
Please check that goods had no damage in transit. If so, let us know as soon as possible. At the time of taking delivery, please ensure that no damage has been produced during transport. If any damage or signs of manipulation is shown, please indicate it on the delivery slip postal receipt. Otherwise, we cannot accept any claim for this reason.
If the return is due to defects in the product, you can choose another or request a refund of the amount paid. In that case, we will refund the total amount, including shipping and return. The refund will be made through PayPal.
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.
