Roscos de vino or “wine donuts” are another type of sweets, this time in shape of a donut. It is a very traditional Spanish “cookie” and it is made out of flour, lard, sweet wine, sugar, cinnamon and spcies, coated with a lot of icing sugar and wrapped in paper. These are handmade by La Colchona and baked in a wood stove.
