Traditional Polvorones are a crumbly Spanish shortbread with almonds and cinnamon. These are handmade by La Colchona and baked in a wood stove. Typical Christmas sweet cake made with almond, flour, lard, sugar, cinnamon and sesame, then baked in the oven. It is shaped into small cakes and wrapped in paper. 


For more than a century and a half, La Colchona has achieved a great reputation and prestige, thanks not to chance, but also to the effort and dedication of each generation that has been maintaining and improving the quality of its products.


Only available in Christmas season (October-January).
