This pink Fleur de Sel, deep pink colour with a subtle smokey fragrance and a hint of spice, this salt is made with fleur de sel, hibiscus, black pepper, pink pepper, smoked paprika and onion.
It creates a brilliant addition to cocktails and can also be used with meat, fish, salads, carpaccio, rice and pasta dishes.
The egg shaped container stores the salt and is also used as the salt cellar which is excellent for reducing packaging waste.
