Fleur de Sel Called the “caviar of salts” by chefs worldwide. It is harvested from the very top of the salt ponds in the traditional methods. This artisan sea salt is comprised of "young" crystals that form naturally on the surface of salt evaporation ponds in the Andalusian region of Natural Park Cabo de Gata, Almeria, Spain. A gourmet salt extracted by manual processes that stands out for its fine texture and crisp, in addition to its whiteness and irregular shapes, which acquires property that is collected through naturally, at dawn, and a large thermal contrast (between day and night), with climatic conditions typical of some summer nights. Ideal for salads, cooked fresh vegetables and grilled meats. The crystals melt on the palate and turn the simplest dishes into true culinary events.
