SOSO Fleur de Sel with Saffron
The highly prized saffron, with its amber hue, creates a delicate fragrance and flavour combined with Fleur de Sel salt crystals.
Use in dishes such as paella, or with white fish, and in rice and meat dishes. Superb sprinkled over eggs.

SOSO is a high quality brand of salts, from a salt mine located in in the Natural Park of San Pedro, in the south of Spain. The harvest is realised in summer by handmade manipulation and with traditional techniques. The most part of the condiments come from biological agriculture.
