La Despensa de Palacio is a bakery and chocolate factory that handcrafted numerous traditional sweets, chocolates, cookies and waffles. The recipes we use take their origin in the family pastry tradition that dates back to the year 1743. The product is made with ingredients from the most select origins and is packed in boxes and cases that make a difference and are recognized as unique and exceptional in various international competitions.
La Despensa de Palacio (Palace Pantry), situated in Estepa, Sevilla, presents an exquisite range of Christmas delicacies, handmade products recovered from old cookbooks and ingredients of the highest quality. In the palace oven of Mrs. Luisa Centurion, Marquise of Estepa, Antonio Santaella began working in 1743, the first baker of the House family saga. Mrs. Luisa would not take much in making him responsable for the palace pantry. Hence the name... The assortment consists on cinnamon mantecaditos, polvoroncitos, turroncillo, strudel orange glory cakes, cupcakes yolk, gutters, filled chestnut, nougat crunchy milk chocolate truffles, orange lamellae marinated in Cointreau bitter chocolate, cherries macerated in brandy with bitter chocolate anise, donuts Pedro Ximenez wine with chocolate covered almonds and white bread of heaven, marron glacee ... They come in gorgeous decorated tins. |
