Dehesa de Los Llanos is located just 5 km from Albacete, with almost 10,000 hectares and as a single estate since the 17th century. Its surface area includes hills, irrigated and rainfed lands, which fit together to allow and promote the development of flora and wildlife in perfect harmony with livestock and crops.
Technology and tradition, in equilibrium with the environment, make it possible to obtain the best raw materials, forged by an extreme continental climate and the generosity of the land. It has 1,500 hectares irrigated with modern pivot irrigation systems, 3.500 hectares of rainfed crops and a livestock comprising over 5.500 purebred Manchego sheep.

Dehesa de Los Llanos Cured Cheese is an artisan Manchego Denominacion de Origen (D.O.) cheese made with raw milk from the Manchego sheep bred on the Dehesa de Los Llanos estate. It is dark straw yellow in colour with a clean lactic aroma, well-developed, intense flavour and a flaky, friable texture. Cured for at least 6 months, the extraordinary cheese is instantly recognizable from its olive oil brushed natural rind that has no colourings or additives added in its production process.
