EL ZAGAL Sobrasada de Mall deorca PGI 200 g
It is as the classical sobrasada, with a curly shape. It has a strong flavor, with a consistent and pleasant texture. It is made of selected pork meat, wich is stuffed inside the large intestine. It is cured during 6 to 12 weeks. In line with the oldest tradition with a combination of the best raw materials. With an irregular cylindrical form (due to the gut in which it is wrapped), its exterior is smooth but with certain ruggedness, dark red in color and with no presence of mold. When cut, it has an intense red colour.
Tasting notes: Flavor mild and pleasant. Flavour that denotes a clear presence of pimentón, a characteristic aroma, unctuous texture, non-fibrous, soft and non-elastic paste and a sticky, blended consistency.
