Traditional Polvorones are a crumbly Spanish shortbread with almonds and cinnamon.


Typical Christmas sweet cake made with almond, flour, lard, sugar, cinnamon and sesame, then baked in the oven. It is shaped into small cakes and wrapped in paper.
