A high-class delicious and innovative Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil made from a rare olive variety, Royal from Castillo de Canena. The ‘Royal’ varietal is an ancient variety native to Jaén, Andalucía.
Very outspoken and intense in its fragrance and flavor of artichoke, banana, and fresh grass. It has a smooth fruitiness, and a dense feel on the palate with no bitterness. The finish presents a moderate peppery punch and a lingering note of banana.
