100% Arbequina. Intense olive taste with the sensation of ripened fruit. There are notes of apples, ripe bananas and almonds with slight hints of unripened green leafs and secondary aromas of fennel and fresh greens. The Arbequina olives have a slightly sweet, bitter and spicy taste. Very well-balanced.
