Made from selected olive varieties of Empeltre and Arbequina. Green, fruity, medium intensity, where the green apple, the alloza and especially the artichoke rules. The palate is very fluid passage, slightly sweet by fresh almonds with a very slight bitterness and astringency from the almond shell. The bitterness is medium-low and spicy ratio of 3 to 1.
