Produced with Picual (80%), Hojiblanca and Picuda Olive Varieties. Picual is the richest oil in natural antioxidants, therefore the healthiest one. Yellow-green colored oil, with medium flavors of green olives and aromas of almonds and fresh tomato. Subtle bitter notes in the mouth, with a touch of sweetness and aromatic herbs, followed by a medium intensity pungent finish.
