Unfiltered, prepared with olives carefully selected craft owned farms from the Nuñez de Prado family since 1795. The " oil flower" is the small amount of olive juice that emerges on its own, through a simple filter before the first pressure, so it takes more than eleven kilos of olives to obtain one liter of "flower oil (as opposed to five kilos required to produce a liter of first pressure).
The Nuñez de Prado family produces oil for 7 generations since 1795. It is a Spanish olive oil produced in ecological and artisanal Andalusia with a lovely flavor that leaves a long and pleasant aftertaste.
