Manchego cheese is made only from whole milk of the Manchega sheep raised in the "La Mancha" region - it’s the only place in the world where real Manchego can be made. A characteristic aroma and slightly sharp, intense flavor that becomes slightly piquant in well-ripened cheeses. The Manchego ewes’ milk gives a pleasant, unusual aftertaste.
