Manually harvested sea salt. The queen of Salts. Called like this by some experts, Fleur de Sel is produced by a controlled evaporation process, without any industrial action. These fine crystals are formed on the surface of the water, at dawn, during the dew, and are manually harvested, by very traditional techniques. Then they remain in sacks during a year, for that the sun and the wind finish drying it. It has a special flavor and a delicate sea smell, and spite time goes by, it doesn’t lose its properties or stick together.
