Grand Reserve Vinegar, naturally sweet-and-sour, made from the Pedro Ximenez grapes. Aged in Oak Casks for more than 12 years using the traditionally Spanish method of "Criaderas and Soleras". This fantastic vinegar is very smooth, fruity and at the same time beautifully concentrated that makes it ideal for salads, meat and berries. Pedro Ximenez grapes are naturally sweet grapes matured naturally by the sunny and hot Andalucian summers.
