This flavoured vinegar is produced macerating natural honey in balsamic vinegar. Balsamic's sweet-tart flavour enhances most dishes. Combine our extra virgin olive oil and our aged balsamic vinegar to make an outstanding dipping oil or vinaigrette. Use it in marinades, and blend a small amount with other vinegars  to add complexity to vinaigrettes. Sprinkle on grilled or roasted vegetables right after roasted. Excellent as a sauce reduction for grilled or roasted  meats.
