Picos, elaborated with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, are typical Spanish tapas crackers, in the form of very small crunchy loafs of bread. Normally they are taken with a meal to go with food or as an appetizer before meals with pâté, cheese, ham or cold meats. Also perfect as croutons for azpacho,soups, cream soups and purées. Ingredients: Flour, water, Extra Virgin Olive Oil (20%), yeast and salt.
