Traditionally elaborated rice. The organic rice from Molí de Rafelet has been grown, milled and packaged without using any synthetic chemical product, fulfiling the parametres laid down by the Council for Organic Agricultural Production.It is grown in organic smallholdings and hand-milled  in a wooden mill built in 1935, accredited with the organic label for milling and packaging organic rice. It is best used for boiled rice, paellas, soupy rice dishes, creamy rice dishes, salads, rice pudding...., for  balanced and natural meals.
