Cacao nibs coated in specially chosen chocolate from Ghana which is processed in house to perfectly balance the flavour of the nibs. Although every little nib is covered in 70% dark chocolate, its crunchy core, the nib itself, is pure cocoa and thus quite bitter. The decoration surrounding the small tin shows detailed botanical illustration, of cocoa and native fauna that directly reference the products Ghanaian origin. Ingredients: Dark chocolate (70%) (cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier (soya lecithin), flavouring), cocoa nibs (30%). May Contain nut traces. This display contains 18 tins of 30g each.
