The recollection of the capscicums and removal of the stems are carried out by hand, in order to preserve the traditional and artisanal methods of this Murcian company which is almost a century old. José María Fuster represents the fourth generation in a family enterprise which began in 1919, year in which, not only was their company founded in Totana, within the Valle del Guadalentin, but also their first and most important brand, ʺLa Odaliscaʺ was registered.
