SHIPPING COSTS
Nearly all our Fashion items (Berets, Babuchas, Avarcas, Espadrilles, Shoes, Boots...) and some of our Fragrances, Vaselines, Make-up, Skincare, etc. have its shipping included.
However food, olive oil, wine, etc. do not include shipping costs and these are not automatically set at the shopping cart. These are based on weight of the purchase and the country which it should be sent to. The shipping weight of every item is shown just above its price.
So, after completing your purchase, and before completing payment, you should add to cart the buttoms below based on the weight of your order and your shipping address.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If not, you have ten (10) days for exchanges or returns, counting from the date of receipt of the order.
To make the changes or refunds, the item must be in perfect conditions and in its original packaging. Please send us an email and inform us if you want to exchange it or return it.
Upon receipt of the items by us and once we've checked their condition, we'll either change or we'll refund the payment of the items. For those items that shipping is included in price, we will deduct shipping costs from the refund.
We will not accept returns or exchanges of items used or that do not contain original packaging, provided that is not a defective item. Please take care of the items while they are in your possession. Save the original boxes and packaging for refund.
For exchange or refund, shipping charges will not be reimbursed and the expenses of return will be at your expense, unless the return is due to a defect. If the parcel is returned by Postal Services because it can be delivered, shipping costs will be at your expense.
Please check that goods had no damage in transit. If so, let us know as soon as possible. At the time of taking delivery, please ensure that no damage has been produced during transport. If any damage or signs of manipulation is shown, please indicate it on the delivery slip postal receipt. Otherwise, we cannot accept any claim for this reason.
If the return is due to defects in the product, you can choose another or request a refund of the amount paid. In that case, we will refund the total amount, including shipping and return. The refund will be made through PayPal.

For returns from countries outside European Union, please clearly mark the customs document as returned goods to avoid im`port tax charges upon receipt. Otherwise, these charges will be deducted from your refund.
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.
You have no right to be refunded if your items are retained at your country's Customs or if delivery is delayed or the item is lost by causes of force majeure.
