Vintage luxury perfumed face powder box "FLORI GRANA" by MYRURGIA, Barcelona (Spain), full and sealed. All of it is an antique, all of it is vintage, all of it is feminine and feminist, laden with a very special patina that exudes its timeless delicacy. The photographs illustrate very well the virtues and faults of this antique powder box. It is a very old box, which still retains its original perfumed powder. It is very delicate. All these signs of wear are also the signs that give it its antiquity and give it its unique and special patina. Round in cardboard with a label that as the name "Flori Grana" indicates, is very stylized in shades of red and white with floral motifs. In the base it has the outer edge highlighted in gold. This box is still dusty, it is in a good vintage condition. Inside, to protect the power, the base is covered with a beautifully decorated Myrurgia thin paper. 9 cm de diametre x 3 cm height. 3.54X1.18 inch - Weight: 80gr; 2.8oz.
Flori Grana is a vintage floral-woody scent for women. The perfume was created by Myrurgia in 1922. Dark, delicate, soft, and very gentle fragrance. Lily-like, garden carnations, a hint of ylang-ylang - definitely soft and creamy floral scents with a fine, woody finish.

Lithograph F. and R. Bastard (1930). Printed label, rectangular in shape, for perfume packaging "Flori grana" from the company Myrurgia. Printed in color (black, red) and gold. It contains the inscription "Flori Grana / Myrurgia / Spain" and a drawing of flowers in relief. The company Myrurgia was created in 1916 by Esteve Monegal i Prat. The Litografía J. Bastard printing house was created in 1877 by Joan Bastard Boté on Lancaster Street in Barcelona. Joan Bastard died in 1912 and his sons, Félix and Román Bastard, continued the lithography workshop, changing its name to “Talleres de Litografia Hijos de J. Bastard”. Later, the name “Litografia F. & R. Bastard” appeared, with 1934 being the oldest date in the collection in which this name appears. Fèlix Bastard Vila died in 1964, although the workshop’s activity continued. The printing house was initially located on Lancaster Street, 5, in Barcelona and, later, the numbers 5 and 11 appear in commercial advertising. Since 1934, there is evidence of its location on Pere IV Street, 53, in Barcelona. The last known documentary evidence of the company's activity dates back to 1975. The workshop specialized in commercial graphic printing, and its clients were commercial establishments and industries. The main sectors that constituted its clientele are the textile, food, chemical-pharmaceutical and perfumery sectors. Its geographical scope is Catalonia. |
