Harvested in the salt flats of Es Trenc, Mallorca. Flor de Sal d'es Trenc is pure nature of Mallorca. Hand-scooped at the natural beach of Platja d'es Trenc and crystallized by the sun, this sea salt contains a varey of healthy ingredients that are important for our well-being. Over 80 essential minerals and trace elements are detectable, especially magnesium and potassium. Flor de Sal is a completely natural product without additives.


​This composition blends the aroma of Rosa Gallica petals with the freshness of Szechuan pepper and the gentle spiciness of Sarawak black pepper. A tasty and harmonious combination.

The little-known natural beach Platja d'Es Trenc is located in the south of Mallorca, near the picturesque village of Santanyí. The sea water is particularly clean in this area. It is run into shallow pools. Sun and wind dry the water, the pure sea salt remains. At the edges of the basins, with the help of wind but a very low humidity, a layer of large crystals is formed. The shape of the crystals is reminiscent of flowers, hence the name Flor de Sal (salt flower). This salt crust is collected by hand and then spread on drying tables for drying. Because Flor de Sal is completely untreated, it binds humidity and is always slightly humid.
