La Despensa de Palacio (in english Palace Pantry), workshop situated in Estepa, Sevilla, presents an exquisite range of Christmas delicacies, handmade products recovered from old cookbooks and ingredients of the highest quality.
In the palace oven of Ms. Luisa Centurion, Marquise of Estepa, Antonio Santaella began working in 1743, the first baker of the House family saga. Ms Luisa would not take much in making him responsable for the palace pantry. Hence the name.
