A very special type of guindillas, small thin sweet pickled medium chilli peppers called Piparras from Ibarra, País Vasco PDO.
Sensorially, when using a white wine vinegar without discolouring, the tannins give a sweeter taste to the vinegar.
The Guindilla de Ibarra or Piparra does not itch and offers a mild and delicate flavor.
It has a yellowish green colour, its skin is fine and its flesh is very tender.
Hand harvested.
