Melva Canutera is when bullet tuna's weight is below 600 gr. Grayish white in colour, excellent and highly sought after qualities for its meat, its firm texture, pleasant smell and distinctive flavor. Skinned by hand to guarantee a natural flavor. Selected and hand packed by USISA, established at the end of 19th century in Isla Cristina, Huelva.
