Authentic bullfighter's hat in astrakhan. The montera is the hat worn by bullfighters during the opening procession. It is made of a curly fabric very similar to hair and abundant in black velvet. It is used to greet the crowd in the bullring and to dedicate the bull. The inner lining is red and imitates silk.
