The smoked paprika that is a crucial flavor in authentic Spanish cooking. Vivid red color. Powerful, with a clean sensation of paprika and smoke. Once in the mouth has the pleasant sensation of a good paprika flavour, the flavour developes, it goes  up the palate but with no burning sensation at all. Lightly smoked.

Ramón Mirón has inherited from his ancestors the knowledge in the making of paprika, and has taken it to the highest standards of quality and consistency. He has an annual production of  100.000 kilos aprox. The peppers used in the process are only from the villages of Aldanueva del Camino, Zarza de Granadilla and the side river Ambroz, made in the most artisan way.
